Lisa Simpson

Lisa Simpson, 51, of Kensington, died Wednesday, January 14, 2015, at her home. Lisa Carol Millman was born in Minneapolis, MN on December 4, 1963, the daughter of Gerald and Carol (Quam) Millman. She received her education and attended Anoka Senior High School. She later attended Alexandria Technical College, where she received a certificate in dietary management. Lisa worked as a dietary aide, but for most of her life cherished the ability to raise her three children. On September 3, 1999, Lisa married Chad Simpson at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Norcross, MN. Lisa adored animals, and enjoyed baking, cooking, and gardening. A beloved mother and wife, Lisa will most be remembered as gracious, loving and caring. Lisa is survived by her husband, Chad of Kensington; three children, Josh (Patricia) Bellows of Buffalo, MN, Cassondra Bellows of St. Paul, and Shauna Simpson of St. Cloud; three brothers, Terry (Trudy) Millman of Eagan, MN, Tom Millman of Anoka, and Tim (Susan) Millman of LaMesa, California; sister, Cheryl (Frank) Titchener of Watertown, MN; three grandchildren, Scott, Tyler and Lynn; and by her beloved dogs, Ginger and Sparkles; and four cats. Her parents preceded her in death. Memorial Service: 1 PM Tuesday, January 20, 2015, at First Lutheran Church in Kensington, with visitation one hour prior to services at the church.
