Linnea Davis

Linnea (Anderson) Davis, age 91, of Pasadena, California, formerly Elbow Lake, died Thursday, August 15, 2013, at her home in Pasadena. Linnea Anna Marie Anderson was born on March 13, 1922 on the family farm in Stevens County, Minnesota, the daughter of Andrew and Hulda (Oakstrom) Anderson. She attended school in Elbow Lake, graduating high school in 1941. Linnea went on to attend Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN for a short time. Linnea moved to California in 1950, where she lived until her death. She is survived by her brother, Harvey (Marcia) Anderson of Oak Park, California. Linnea was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings Elaine, Roy and Paul Anderson. Private graveside services are being held at Union Cemetery in Elbow Lake.
