Jeff "Smitty" Smith, 66, of Hoffman, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2026, at his residence under the care of Vivie Hospice.
There will be a Celebration of Smitty's Life on Sunday, June 21, 2026, from 1-4 p.m. at 13901 County Rd 5, Hoffman, Minnesota.
In honor of Smitty, please keep things simple and "come as you are".
