Dorothy Jochim

Dorothy Lillian Jochim, 82, of Herman, Minnesota, passed away on November 20, 2024.

Dorothy was born on August 14, 1942, in Fergus Falls, to parents, Grace (Carter) and Archie Raymond Shoen. On March 25, 1965, Dorothy was married to Rodney Edward Jochim until his death on December 15, 2004. 

Dorothy’s survivors include her loving children; Karen, Deanna and Craig Jochim, all of Herman; sister-in-law, Florence Dahl; nephew, Vance Dahl and niece Margo Dahl. 

Those preceded in death were her parents Grace Carter and Archie Shoen; her late husband, Rodney Jochim; brother, Raymond; brother-in-law, Robert Dahl and nephew Todd Dahl.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, 11:00 a.m., at Bethel Lutheran Church in Herman, with a visitation one hour prior to the memorial service. 

Inurnment will be scheduled at a later date at Lakeside Cemetery in Herman, Minnesota.
