Charlotte Sylvia Buck, age 89 passed away at Sanford Hospital in Fargo, ND on April 15, 2026, with all five children by her side.
Charlotte Sylvia Buck was Born May 20, 1936, in Webster, Wisconsin, to Fred and Irene (Peck) Danielson. She graduated from St. Peter High School, St. Peter, MN in 1954. Soon after she met Virgil Buck and they were united in marriage on November 2, 1957. They lived and farmed in Nicollet County for several years before moving to Barrett in 1967, where they continued farming and raising five children. Charlotte loved Jesus, and enjoyed life to the fullest. She loved spending time with family and friends, entertaining, and playing games, and was the most amazing cook. Charlotte wintered in Arizona for many years where she loved participating in all these things there as well. She especially loved bocci ball and won 1st place in the tournaments two years in a row. It was hard to keep up with her. She was a vibrant amazing woman accomplishing and enduring things most of us couldn’t even fathom. Charlotte is now in the arms of Jesus, and we all can’t wait to be with her again.
She was preceded in death by her husband Virgil Buck, her parents Fred and Irene Danielson, her brother Vincent Danielson, her sister-in-law Kay Danielson, her brother-in-law Dale Johnson, and three nephews Bart Johnson, Steve Buck and Keith Buck. Brother-in-law Vincent Trujillo, and her brother-in-law Floyd Buck and his wife Geri.
