Charlotte Sylvia Buck, 89, of Elbow Lake, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at Sanford Hospital on Broadway in Fargo, North Dakota. Charlotte's funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at Grace E-Free Church in Elbow Lake. There will be a visitation one hour prior. Burial will take place at St. Loretto's Cemetery in Elbow Lake.
